Processes
We love efficiency! When you save time on the minutia, you make time for where it’s needed most. Researching digital marketing solutions is time-consuming and usually involves a personal meeting to get a ballpark figure. We prefer to get this aspect of the project out of the way up front. We want to give you the information you need now to make these important decisions so you can get back to doing what you do best.
The following prices are based on a typical project, which means that we haven’t included any a la carte options you may want or need. That said, these prices should be viewed as close approximations. Before project commencement, both parties will discuss and approve a formal quote. If you have any questions or wish to discuss your specific needs, give us a shout – we’d love to talk business with you.

Web Design & Digital Marketing Pricing

Website Design
All websites include the following features.
- Fully responsive and custom-designed to suit your branding, preferences, and audience
- Content – including copywriting, stock images/videos, graphic design
- Search engine optimization
- One month of post-launch support
- Personalized lesson to help you make the most of your website
- Google Analytics access
- Site submission to Google & Bing
Basic – One Page Website – $1000+HST
- Ideal for those who need a web presence ASAP or for those who have limited budgets
- Includes all essential sections (about, services, contact information)
Standard – 5-Page Website – $2000 +HST
- The basics of what you need to establish your digital presence and start ranking
- Includes separate and fully optimized Home, About, Services, Blog, and Contact pages
- Add 3 starter blogs based on your website’s keyword strategy for $120
Premium – 10+ pages – starting at $3500 (requires consultation)
- Perfect for someone who is looking to invest in their digital presence
- Fully search engine optimized website including a full range of keyword-specific pages tailored to your business to maximize your search engine success
- Includes all pages in “Standard” as well as About and Service/Product subpages
- Includes 3 starter blogs at no additional cost
E-commerce can be added to Standard and Premium sites at an additional cost, by consultation.
Prices do not include HST, hosting costs, or domain registration (although we can purchase these on your behalf for a small administrative cost of $25.)
Social Media Marketing
All social media packages include the following
- Audience Research

- Each Post includes a graphic/photo, caption, and hashtags
- Post scheduling and auto-publishing via Loomly
- Cross-posting across all of your platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest)
- To ensure maximal results for you, we require a minimum 4-month term
Basic -$450/Month
- Ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with their audiences but wishes to outsource the job of post creation
- 3 posts per week
- Does not include any engagement or community building
- Our most popular package, perfect for someone who wishes to outsource all of the social media heavy labour
- 3-4 posts/week
- Additional extra posts for holidays, cultural events, and industry-relevant hashtag holidays
- 30 minutes of engagement 3 x per week (likes, shares, basic commenting)
- The client responds to direct messages
Premium -$1200/Month
- 5-7 posts/week
- Content tailored for each platform
- Enhanced community building with at least 30 minutes of engagement each day, including basic and complex comments, shares, likes, and responding to direct messages
- Perfect for those who wish to completely outsource all aspects of their social media (don’t worry – this will all be in collaboration with you – you can learn more about our processes here)
- Video posts (maximum one per week)
Complete Marketing Support
Each package is designed to provide our clients with a full breadth of marketing strategies enabling meaningful lead generation, community building, and vision realization. To accommodate a range of budgets and needs, we have developed 3-base packages of which a la carte options may be added to support marketing goals.

Digital Start-Up
Need to establish or elevate your digital presence but not interested in a long-term commitment that comes with our Complete Marketing packages?
This is the package for you.
Includes:
- Logo design and complete set of logo variations (ie, white, black, full colour)
- Branding guide
- Industry, audience, and keyword research
- “Standard” website (can upgrade to “Premium” for an additional cost)
- Social media profile images and banners
- Social media account creation
- Profile optimization
- Content calendar with 3 posts/week (including photo/graphic, caption, and hashtags)
- Social media templates for your future use
- Action plan to implement your strategy once you’re ready to fly on your own
$3000 (50% deposit and 50% at completion)
Design & Photography
Logo Development – $400
- 8-10 original concepts
- Complete set of file types (png, jpeg, pdf, svg, ai)
- Logo sized for social media profile images and banner
- Brand guide
- 3 original concepts
- 3 rounds of revisions
- Files sized and formatted for both local and major online print houses
Digital Business Card – $350
- One-page simplified website accessible by direct URL, link, or QR quote containing all of your contact information
- 3 concepts
- 3 rounds of revisions on your favourite concept
- Prepared QR code files
- Includes free stylized email signature
- Receive 15% off when purchasing standard business and digital business card designs simultaneously
- This service requires access to your domain. We can collaborate with your domain manager to access this. If you don’t yet have a domain, we can advise you on how to complete this purchase, or complete it on your behalf (for an additional $20, in addition to domain cost)
Email Marketing Templates – $275
- Using your preferred e-newsletter service (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc), we will prepare 3 templates
- 3 rounds of revisions on each template
- Using your choice of Canva template links or Adobe Illustrator files, we will prepare a series 5-7 templates for use in social media
- Includes 3 rounds of revisions
- All assets used to create templates will be supplied (ie graphic design, stock photos) in addition to the templates
General Graphic Design – By quote based on $125/hour.
- Typical projects range from 0.5-5 hours (posters, social media posts, infographics, brochures, labels, sales sheets, etc)
- All design files and assets
- 3 rounds of revisions
Product Photography – by consultation
- Typical e-commerce or social media photos are around $7-15/photo based on the product’s complexity
- 1 set of 3 sample photos to request style/placement revisions before the entire set is produced
- Basic photo editing to optimize images
- RAW and *jpeg files
Copywriting
- Completely and competently researched (subject matter, industry, keyword)
- Web copy is fully search engine optimized
- 1 round of revisions after sample approved
- Styled and published to your website (requires access)
Standard Blog (250-400 words) – $80
Longform Blog (2200-3000 words) – $325
Monthly Blogging
- Standard – 2 Standard blogs per month – $140
- Premium – 3 Standard and 1 Long-form blogs per month – $500

Website Copy – $150/web page.
- Save 10% for projects 5 or more pages, 20% for projects containing over 10
General copywriting – $100/up to 300 words
Email Marketing
Special promotion or regular newsletters to multiple segments?
We have an option for you.
With access to your preferred email marketing platform (Mailchimp, Active Campaigns, Constant Contact etc), we will write, style, and schedule your mailing. If access is not possible, we will prepare the copy and compile the required assets for your in-house team to implement.
Single – $60
Monthly (weekly mailings) – $200
Premium – $450
- Generate long and short-term marketing goals
- Advanced analytics and reporting (requires website access)
- Mailing list maintenance and segmentation
- Original templates
- All (up to 30/month) electronic mailings that are required to fulfill marketing goals (daily, weekly, special promos, holidays)
Special Projects
Have a project that doesn’t quite fit into the above categories? No problem! We love a fresh challenge. For typical projects, we formulate a quote based on an hourly rate of $125/hour, but as a ‘results-based’ business, we will always provide a flat-rate quote for any of our projects.
